Estates, Trusts and Property Law

(i) Drawing up of (and advice on) wills and other matters pertaining to administration of estates;

(ii) Advice on the acquisition and disposal of real estate - conveyancing, processing of certificate of occupancy applications, obtaining of appropriate government consent to transactions, leases, landlord/tenancy matters;

(iii) Advice (including documentation) on matters of Trusts, etc. under Part C of the Companies and Allied Matters Act.
